Invisible Learners
School2U Virtual Academy supports pupils who are technically ‘in school’ but quietly disappearing from learning. We design bespoke online, face-to-face or hybrid provision so they can re-engage, rebuild confidence and return to education with dignity — not blame.
A calm, structured route back to learning for Invisible Learners.
We work with pupils in Upper KS2 through KS5 whose relationship with school has been disrupted by anxiety, health, trauma or overwhelm — not by a lack of care.
- Persistent or severe absence linked to anxiety, EBSA or health needs.
- Pupils on reduced or part-time timetables with fragile stamina and confidence.
- Learners masking anxiety or overwhelm — appearing 'fine' in the data but struggling silently in class.
- Pupils awaiting placement, managed moves or a safe route back after exclusion or medical absence.
Built for reintegration, not just remote
learning.
Designed for Invisible Learners
Purpose-built provision for pupils whose disengagement is quiet, not dramatic.
Whole-family support with specialist oversight
Wraparound support that includes families as partners in the process.
Bespoke, blended learning
Online, face-to-face or hybrid — tailored to each pupil's needs and stamina.
Reintegration, not parking
Every plan builds toward a sustainable return, not indefinite containment.
We are not an online school. We are
infrastructure.
Most services respond once disengagement becomes visible as crisis: exclusion, persistent absence or escalation to high-cost placements. School2U intervenes earlier — stabilising pupils while accountability stays clear and outcomes stay measurable.
