Safeguarding & Compliance
Safeguarding is not an add-on. It is the foundation of everything we do. Every session, every tutor, every process is designed with the safety and wellbeing of the pupil at its centre.

DSL Oversight Model
All provision operates under Designated Safeguarding Lead oversight. Our DSL is trained to the appropriate level and maintains direct lines of communication with referring schools' safeguarding teams. Concerns are escalated within working hours and followed up in writing.
Safer Recruitment
All tutors and staff undergo enhanced DBS checks, reference verification, and safeguarding training before working with any pupil. We follow Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSiE) guidance throughout our recruitment process.
GDPR & Data Handling
Pupil data is processed lawfully under UK GDPR. We collect only what is necessary, store it securely with restricted access, and apply clear retention schedules. Data sharing agreements are in place with all referring organisations.
Online Safety
Online sessions are conducted through secure, monitored platforms. Pupils receive guidance on safe online behaviour, and our approach is aligned with DfE guidance on remote education and online safety.
